Our Trans-free Novo Cocoa Butter Substitute CBS 20 Kg BiB is a fractionated Palm Oil with a lower quantity of saturated fatty acids than cocoa butter. It has a very sharp melting profile to provide an excellent mouthfeel. Applicable for plain bars and molded chocolates.
